Donald Franklin Hagans II is an ex lawyer from Texas. He is an exlawyer as he stopped paying child support to his 12 year old son and one cannot be a lawyer and owe back child support. Meanwhile, he and his wife, Jane McKellar, had a variety of failed businesses both in the US (Livia Legal), China (Xi Limited) and Australia. Unfortunately, they owe a lot of folks holding the debt bags. Beware of these two as they are self absorbed and consider themselves very smart and like to think they can talk folks into anything. By telling you what you want to hear, they make their money and run. They don't care about the people they hurt.
