Donald Ray Washington Jr., also known as Dee Washington, DWash, DWash1 or Donald Ray Washington is a forging scammer and compulsive liar. He is a con artist. He is a middle aged black male, height: 5'9", eye color: brown. He drives only black cars and has at least 5 black vehicles along with several motorcycles. He purchases vehicles frequently. He is currently located in Humble, TX. His DOB is: 05-05-1979. Do not buy any vehicles or merchandise from him or you will be mixed up in his scamming and forgery plans.
He owns several assault rifles and hand guns and is not a safe individual to be around.

If you are a female, do not accept Facebook friend requests from him or give out your information to him. He will appear to be interested in the women and then use them for his own personal plan to acquire wealth and assets.
He owes NEXCESS dealership over $2500.00. He also owes money to several other lenders.
Do not agree to build a home for him or enter into any type of agreement/contract with him whether it be oral or written.

Hi Sara,
I read your post above about Donald. I didn't know that there were other victims of this horrible man. He met me on BlackPeopleMeet.com and purused a "relationship" with me. He is an evil, evil man. Liar, scammer, fraudulent theif. He stole my identity and placed vehicles in my name. I am now trying to figure out how to return the cars to the dealership. The banks don't want to unwind the deal. I hope and pray the authorities put an end to this madness. He also took me to NXCESS Motorcars on the Southwest Fwy, Houston Tx.
I believe he has a connection there. A salesmen by the name of Jacek Walesec? These two men are fraudlent scammers who both make money off the sale and then leave the victim with the high car notes to pay for years to come. Pure evil. And I hope Donald Ray Washington Jr. rots in HELL!!! A real man won't steal from women. He is nothing but a little b****!! Probably raised by his momma that he refers to as "Diva." This man is sick. A real piece of work.

Nice try on your rebuttal above. Lt. Morgan from HCSO would never write a rebuttal on Ripoff Report. The facts I wrote above are true and are public records for anyone to see. Nice try to clear you name but... you cannont hide from the truth of who you really are. And most importantly, you cannot hide from God. Donald Ray Washington Jr. is currently being held in jail and will be charged for all of his scams and identity theft. For future reference Don, don't file a false rebuttal and sign "Lt. Morgan." Not a very smart idea. Also... Brigitte has no warrants and is not being investigated. All facts above about Donald Ray Washington Jr. are true and any victim of yours would swear to them in a court of law.
