Done right moving Nasty Scam Artist!They are not who they present themself to be! edmonton Alberta

I hired "Done right" moving Company off of kijiji. The add it self sates it charges 45$ per hour starting rate, but then upon speaking with them on the telephone they tell you it is 95$ for 3 men but offer me discount of 5$ off for student for 90$ for and hour with a minimum of 3 hours which will sum up to $270. I mention to him that i was in the hospital and will not be present on the day of the moving but my friends will be present. On the moving date, i receive a call from dogles who claim to be the owner of the company comfirming the date and he mention extra 90$ charge for one hour travel fee which was never mention on our first conversation which sum up to 360$. i was not happy but agree to pay the amount base on not having another options because i have to move out on that very day but stay on budget. Then dogles mention on the conversation that no extra fees will be charged even the 3 hours were to over due. They were to arrive at my appartment at 2pm and did not arrive until 5pm. Two men showen up whiles i was promise three men.Two men loaded the truck  with a help of my friend promptly in less than two hours. When they arrive to the storage unit, dogles asked to be paid extra $60 for GST which was never mention in any of our conversation again which sum up to $420 before  he off load my household properties whiles he knows i am paying in cash. Then my friends question him, why the extra fees adding up that has never been mention from the start. He then start to put up a big show yelling, using foiled laguage directed to my friends and i as i was called on my cell, he express a lot of aggressing and anger. He then mention that they "on the clock" and he will charge more fees if he stay more hours. He attemted to drive off back to my appartment to return my properties which he never did. He threatening to off load my things infront of the storage ground which he never did. It took dogles about an hour behaving badly to my us before one of my friends desided to add the extra $60. But he still threatening to off load my things outside the stroge unit. Dogles then desided to off load the things in the storage after hitting the storage door with his moving truck by accident then one of my friend mention to him that he will be responsible for any damage cause to the storage grounds. Then he desided to off load my things to  the unit with the help of my friends. He refuse to give a recipt but was forse to or eles not get paid. They later left after all my things were in the storage.
