This business is a scammer. They offer "trial sizes" for shipping & handling only at $9.96 dollars. I received the trial size and after about 4 days called on 28 June 2018, cancellation date was 3 July 2018. I received a confirmation number for the cancellation and was told I would not be receiving any more shipments of the product and not charged for anything more related to my order. On 16 JULY 2018 I was billed full amount for the product at $84.95. Called customer service and got no where with the agent or the supervisor. This is a ripoff and any company that operates like this should be shut down immediately.
My order was for beauty products, a face and eye cream. I would like to get my money back but know that probably is not going to happen. These products are also sold on Amazon and other sites I believe like QVC.
I am very upset and distrubed of how companies operate in this day and age.
