This rebuttal is for the person who is representing the company...Whoever you are from "The Travel Center", I have sent numerous emails and made many phone calls to the number provide for "The Travel Center", only to have NO ONE pick up the phone, I can't hold for a "representative", nor can I leave a message.

I have sent multiple emails, to have received only 2 responses, which NEITHER answered the specific questions I have.

Just today, I sent two emails and called three times.

Your claims that "The Travel Center" is legit is contradictory to the level of service I have received thus far.

I did file a complaint with my bank, and made a police report.

I sent over all of the information obtained by "The Journey Pro's" as well as your company, "The Travel Center" to an attorney, and on Monday will be contacting both the Attorney General's office and the BBB in the state both of your companies are located in, as well as in my State.

I pray that whatever deceptive practices that you WILLINGLY are participating in is worth whatever compensation you receive, because when you've burned the wrong person/s.....well karma is a b!t&#@$!!

I too fell for this scam.  They work with places like the travel center, first select travel knowing full well the people that get referred to them think they have already paid for their trip, and are expecting a quote for taxes, small fees, etc.  so they collect 50.00 a person ( the person thinks this is part of the small fees) only to quote them a price for a whole trip that is more than what you could do for yourself if you went on the Internet and did it.  They are lying, cheating *****.  You work with these other companies then hide behind the " we didn't sell you anything" line.  Such a scam.  You invest big at first, then they keep referring you to different ( but all the same) companies who extort smaller amounts from you because you know they will pay it to get their trip they think they already bought.  

You quoted me a trip to hawaii I thought I already bought.  Your quote was 1000.00 higher than what I did it for through cheap tickets, and I got a rental car to boot!  Lying cheaters is what you are fun time vacations, travel center, first select travel.  May karma come back at you.

AFTER 20 YEARS IN BUSINESS

After 20 years in business and traveling thousands of people we only have a little over 100 complaints.

Everyone who is reading these posts please take a good look at the few complaints we have had.

They all start with the same companies who sold the product and the complaints are spread over 10 YEARS!!!

The Travel Center is not saying that these few complaints are not legitiment, what we are saying is that we should not be memtioned in these complaints as we are not the company who sold these folks anything.

The internet is changing and there are laws being past that will help businesses in situations like this.

Businesses that are falsly accused of things like this will soon be able to take legal action for false claims.

If you are reading this and have an issue with a company who sells you something please only post negatives about that company.
