Donny Steelz Scammed, Stoled our money! Las Vegas and Denver Nationwide

This guy took $950 from seven of us back in Dec 2013. We have received $100 back but NOTHING else.

Mr. Steelz told us that he was able to obtain each of us up to 25k in a loan within 30 to 45 days so we paid the upfront fee of $100 with and backend fee of 15%. When we learned that it was not going to happen we all requested our money back in January 2014. According to Mr. Steelz the refund was to be received within 72 hours. It is now June 30, 2014 and we are still out $850. 

On Mar 18 2014, I was informed "I spoke with Visa Fraud Dept last week they  said that the merchant has until Apr 7 2014 and if they haven't responded by then they will rule in our favor.

On Apr 10 2014, I reached out to Mr. Steelz since I had not heard from him who stated "that we had won our claim and that we would be refunded within the next 14 days. As of yet not one word nor have we received our money."

ALL we want is our money back it has been long enough. We paid Mr. Steelz via his WF bank account and that is how payment should be made back to us.
