The only thing professional about don't fret it is the website.I took my guitar there for a refret.One week turned into three.I finally had enough and took it to a pro to finish.Every time i called he needs more time.I was overcharged for the work he did and had to get someone else to finish it.In the end it cost me more and he wasted my time for three weeks.The worst experience ever with a guitar shop.
