We ordered a complete set of cabinets from Doss Custom Cabinets for our new home construction, kitchen, kitchenette and bathrooms. After the initial installation, the process went sour. The cabinet doors weren't adjusted, knobs and pulls were left off (saying it was our responsibility, even though some were already installed), towel rack not installed, loose doors, shelving not installed and just general poor quality work. When asked to provide a replacement cabinet for one damaged by water, the worker who was supposed to deliver it never showed up because he was picked up by police for not paying child support. Seriously? To date, the replacement cabinet hasn't been provided.
I have called hundreds of times and no answer. Emails were occasionally answered, but most recently, no email replies and no returning of phone calls. BEWARE! No concern or interest in customer satisfaction with Doss Custom Cabinets.

Doss Custom Cabinets is a complete ripoff, not completing work already paid to do.
