doTERRA International, LLC DoTerra is not the business to trust if they're going to become a multimillion or multibillion dollar company. They lie to people as a cover up!!  I purchased Doterra on Feb 17, 2014 when initially introduced demonstration of their products by a local consultant. I was not impressed by learning that some of the things said should have been brought up initially when new customers sign up as member and they should be informed they have 3 days to cancel and that was never told till I called up Feb 22 and spoke to a supervisor about that including other things the local consultant (Diane Dinkler) obviously forgot our conversation on Mar 6 of one thing said different from what I heard and I documented it then consultant said different unless we had some miscommunication problem. Also, I like be explained why the total of my initial purchase after they realized they made a mistake telling me the time I purchased 100PV that the total charge was $195 then found out next day is $200.78. I wish people would know what they're doing initially to have confident in their sales. I confirmed how long I had to do the return in case it didn't work for me or I didn't want to continue under you all or the local consultant. I was told I had 30 days to try it and if not satisfied even with LLP used or not. On Mar 13, I called up to confirm with Brian if I returned the products how much I would get refunded and he stated with tax would be around $155.79. I noticed that my refunded from Doterra was on Mar 14 for $139.11 where the tax refunded was .61 cents. I thought that was chinsy especially when I was NOT told the truth of things your representatives and local consultant couldn't do. Even though I was not told clearly about 3 day cancellation of membership or $35 and losing the S&H $9.99 that I think it's right you should refund me the $17.29, with my returning the products cost me to mail is $9.75, and refund of $35 unannounced membership cancelling time limit, totaling up to $62.04 but I only got .61 cents of tax refunded, wow??? I tried to resolve this via email with this company per their request of Melanie Brower Doterra and I got a response from Mikki Helmer stating a LIE to me that I opened both items sent to me as I told them I am not going to open the roll on even when send it back to them and she stated it was opened why I wasn't given full refund without the membership request of $35 but now after she LIED to me on email, I am requesting membership fee $35 inclusively. It seems to me that this company, Doterra, by corresponding with them numerous times if they know what they're doing and understanding they're going to be big in millions or billions dollars of company but with the 'misrepresenting' it to me, have lost my confident and trust in this whole thing how it was handled, is sad."
