Doug Bonate accepted my Canadian bank draft and it was lost by BBVA agent Western Union in processing collections.  Doug never apologized, and even worse, had an attitude where he could not be bothered to check on the status of my funds.

Due to his rudeness and incompetence, I lost 37 days of interest, or over $1100.
