i recieved a 1st class letter postmarked from austin,texas rio grande district dated  o8 sep 2015 pm 3l on 09/11/2015.

inside was a letter from cfo peter brown. the heading was an official looking publishers clearing house formletter explaining i was a 2nd place winner of the 100 million super cash giveaway promotion.also saying a check to cover insurance and attornet fees. i was to contact roy johnson claims manager at a phone number.also on the form letter it said that readers digest and mega millions and multi-state lottery association. also logos of walmart,jcpenney,ag insurance,mega millions andreaders digest.also a check of a publishers clearing house non-negotiable check drawnon chase bank for $2,500,000.this was on the front side.on the back side of the letter was all the legalese sighned by bob crawford president winners selection commission and other winners statements,then a hurry and contact us 3 paragraph bit.then a form to fill out.i looked up ripoff report and am now writing to try to alert anyone out there to not even call the number on the front of the form letter! don't waste your time and more importantly your money!
