I am very disappointed with DOXY LINGERIE. I ordered my costume for HALLOWEEN 2006 on September 13,2006. My order is showed as that date and my credit card was charged and cleared on September 15,2006. I have still not received an email back after the seven i have sent asking about my order. I understand that this is a busy time, but why havent i received anything after twenty six days. VERY POOR BUSINESS AND COMMUNICATION!!!

Contact Attorney Jay Nixon. https://www.consumer.ago.mo.gov/index.cgi. He is filing a suit against Jennifer Lutke (Doxy). Also, file with the BBB. She was sued in 2006 and is not supposed to accept payment until goods are shipped. This is also the law under the Federal Trade Commission. What she is doing is illegal and one judge has already told her so. File with Jay Nixon's office (State Attorney of MO) and lets get this B**** shut down!!

Numerous reports still come in about Doxy Lingerie. I just wish that people would have read this all before they bought off the website. My costumes and boots were $114.00. YES thats what DOXY charged me and never sent the item. Im sure they have tons of lawsuits against them seeing my credit card company immediately refunded me the money after i waited two months and never received a thing.
Doxy should just admit that either they cant run a business or that they were running a scam.

Below is what jennifer wrote back to me saying. She stated that she refunded my account. um. no try again. CAPITAL ONE is disputing the whole situation. They are handling it at this point and conducting an investigation so i can take you to court. Not because I have my credit card company refunded me the money, but because you are running a scam. And apparently when I dunno sixty other people on this website alone are writing about the same thing.

I find it very hard to believe that we just decided to complain for no reason. YOu dont respond to emails that we send to the address given on your website. And only respond to the reports on here. So yeh I got my money back not because you called and wrote and told me that my costume was not being sent. But because I HAD TO TAKE ACTION. I WILL NOT STOP HERE EITHER. ITS YOU WHO HAS TO THINK UP SOME BETTER LIES. I DONT THINK WE ALL MAGICALLY THOUGHT UP THE SAME ONE .
