I ordered a booty short set & a Halloween costume about 4 weeks ago. The company policy states that all items are guarenteed by Halloween if ordered before the 1st of October. I ordered mine about 2 weeks before the end of September.

They state not to email if it has not been 3 weeks to check on status. Also, they provide no phone number on the website. I emailed numerous time to check on status. Got a response back about 2 weeks ago that they were sending it out and it should be here around the beginning of the week. I have not seen anything.
I have emailed them several times and still have not heard anything. You can not cancell an order, or return (if you return to get store credit). It also states that they will notify you if something is on back order for 3 weeks or more to see if you want to cancel. I still have not gotten back any of my emails.

When i finally got their phone number off this site, I called and it doesn't even let you leave a message, just states to drop them an email. I have a feeling I am not going to get my costume by Halloween, and by now it is too late to purchase elsewhere.

DO NOT GO W/ DOXY! There are lot better places out there. They are not worth the hassle.

Heather,
first of all, how did we rip you off exactly? Your credit card was never charged for your purchase, and you cancelled your purchase, not us. It clearly stated when you placed your order that order processing time was 14 business days due to the large volume of orders coming in for Halloween. You agreed to these terms when you placed your order. This "rip off" report is slanderous against our verified, legitimate company. We take this seriously and will be taking further action against it.

I just received a recent email from Doxy stating that my order will be cancelled. Just wanted to update this file. Hopefully all goes through correctly. BUt, it definately is not worth the time to go through Doxy if you are trying to meet a deadline. Having a costume and ordering one and a half months prior I feel is a fine amount of time to get a costume in by.
