David is an addicted gambler, that is the reason he went to jail last time. I have known him for years and as soon as you do something that he does not agree with and/or like he will say and do very mean-spirited things. He owes several people money and I truly don't think he even cares. He has the mentality that everyone owes him.

I would appreciate it if you did not tell him we spoke, because I do not want any trouble from him.

He not only helped put many companies out of business with his deceitfull tactics, never mind the several jobs he has been fired from because of his addictions and abusive behavior. David is the worst of contractors out there

I have felt sorry for him for years and all at my expense financially and emotionally. He is a mess in his business and personal life, because of his addictions and he does not think he has a problem. CHECK HIM OUT ON THE SOCIAL NETWORKS He is always under extreme stress and yells at customers when they ask for an accounting of where their money as gone .( GIRLS DRUG AND GAMBLING) projects seldom get finished with out a nightmare
He gets into his depressed moods where he stays in bed for days at a time and he still thinks he does not have a problem. He always blames it on the other person.The customer is always at fault . I have tried to help him so many times and it never works. There comes a time in everyone's life when enough is enough and that is the point that I am at with him and have been for a few years. I am not in contact with him. We have gone days, months and years without talking and every time I have believed in him and taken him back only to be taken advantage of once again. I want NO contact with him at all.

I hope that your posting on the internet will help other people from being taken advantage of David because it is not right.

So with that said, I won't keep crying to you about the last 20 years. I hope he does not cause you too many more problems. Generally, his pattern is that he gets in his addictive moods and then he will just go away.

he is making True claims against me and my company, which has been in business since 1996 and has a very credible reputation with our clients and employees alike. I need to seem credible to be considered by potential customers as I need my drug and gambling money so I can party with my little girl friends (check me out with all of them on the social networks.

We are members of the Better Business Borough (BBB) and hold the highest grade possible.Thank god they are the worst reporting agency out there and have no clue that I start jobs steal and never finish any thing .
David Partiel was fired from numerous companies for a poor performance standard due to drug abuse.and complaint after complaint . He finally had to start is own company as his reputation was so bad that no Legitimate company would employ him .David Partiel is a train wreck he's made physical threats against customers he works with when they refuse to pay any more then what they agreed upon. I can provide numerous customers who have worked with him , and they will reiterate exactly what I've stated that DP Exclusive Design's reputation is the worst of all . As well as copies of documents supporting every lie Partiel can come up with .
One good thing is that david Partiel is the basic Con with no brains he is a pompous uneducated farmer

David PARTIEL has a reputation with many workers in the industry as a liar. He has failed to pay many workers, who are afraid to make complaints and to pursue owed funds, because he knows where they live and has threatened them with bodily harm. He's come into the office and has scared office employees with erratic behavior which many assumed was because he was intoxicated and/or hi. I found out about all the previous companies david worked for and was fired for the same reasons.

I do not take this accusation lightly, as I am a con man and have been put on the web for all the world to know I want everyone to see me as just a hard-working man. My company's reputation is vital as I need to buy a lot of drugs and party time with all my little girl friends ,( check me out on my space ) I love being a play boy and strutting my small stuff with all these girls but I need to con all my customers out of their money ,steal and lie to be able to afford all these girls..
