DPD Pools - Charlie Goss - pooldeals.com Pool Deal Rip-off!! Niagra Falls New York

I don't think I've ever dealt with a more unprofessional company. Not only have thay ripped me off ,but they don't even have the nerve to speak with me. I tried to contact DPD Pools and Mr Charlie Goss more times than I can count. They(He) does not return phone calls, emails or faxes. Unless of course they come from an outside agency (BBB)

I ordered a pool liner on 5/7/2007. It states on the website that 95% of the time orders go out the next business day and that you can check the status of your order on their website. Well the status of my order hasn't changed since day 1. After sending a fax cancelling my order on 5/11/2007 the funds were taken from my account. It is now 5/22/2007 and I am as I write this sitting on hold for technical support. Today is the 1st day that I did not automatically go to a recording saying that "all operators are busy and the wait will be at least 10 minutes,so go to the website and fill out the form and somebody will respond within 24 hours" They have never responded!!!

I contacted the BBB on 5/14 and on 5/16 Mr.Goss responded saying they would cancel my order or give me a credit within 72 hours. Well 72 hours has come and gone NO CREDIt,NO LINER!!!!!
