The enployees of the deparent of transit that park right infront of 808 brannan in sam francisco they all have a handicap sticker, to have a free parking, thats is a fraud to the city, here are some of the cars ford explorer #527an sticker 2013, infinit lic #2zfw840, nissan z lic# bigsxcy, acura lic#4xff853, bmw lic#5drx617, chevy tahoe lic#415rydr, and more cars parking on the same block, I see the owner dress they working clouse from dpt, parking every day and wolking to the job.

This sounds like a story that your local news media would be interested in.

However, before you send this to them I would suggest you have someone look over your report.  Because if you want them to take it seriously you need to make sure it doesn't look like it came from a 5 year old.
