Dr. George Commons CRIMES: BATTERY PERJURY FRAUD CONSPIRACY Palo Alto California

Dr. George Commons has committed numerous crimes:

BATTERY - operating on parts not consented to.   He operated on more than 20 of the wrong parts of my body, and has done similar things to at least 2 other patients that I know about. He carved large X's into my hips, he made sutures in my pubic area.  He operated on the wrong leg, he mutilated my entire body from abdomen to calves, all for no reason and without consent.

PERJURY - he lied under oath to get a restraining order against me to prevent me from telling people of his butchery.   He also altered the medical records to cover up the fact that he operated on the wrong leg.

FRAUD and CONSPIRACY -  When I sued him for malpractice, he conspired with his friend,a superior court judge, to fix the trial, getting my lawyer to agree behind my back to no jury, no wittnesses, no testimony.   This allowed judge Leslie Nichols to rule against me,in spite of the fact that ALL the evidence was in my favor.    Commons' own records proved he operated on the wrong parts.  

This corrupt judge then ordered me to remove all posts on the internet of the damage Commons did to me, threatening me with 5 days in jail if I didn't.   When recently I found out the trial was fixed and Commons & Nichols were friends, I posted about that.   Commons' attorney then threatened me with contempt & jail time if I didn't remove the new posts.   I am defying that threat by posting this.    The crimes of these disgusting, evil men will not be once again covered up, if I can help it.

Commons also managed to avoid any punishment by the CA Medical Board.   I filed a complaint with them and after their "investigation" they concluded that what he did was within the standard of care.   Incredulous, I wrote back saying, "operating on 20 of the wrong parts is within the standard of care?"   I then sent them 40 pages of documents & photographs proving beyond any doubt with his own records that he operated on the wrong parts.  They didn't respond for months, so I called and a woman their claimed they never received those documents.  I knew she was lying, so I called back a few days later, saying, "if you aren't going to do anything about Commons, I want those documents back".   Within a week I received back the documents they claimed they never received.

So just like he did in fixing the malpractice trial agains him,  he apparently knew someone in the medical board who could fix this for him.   I wouldn't be surprised if he lied and cheated his way through medical school. 

I just had my 29th surgery to try to fix the damage done to me by George Commons, and I still need much more.  Twelve years of my life are gone - all I do is work 7 days a week including Christmas to make the more than $220K it has cost me so far, as none of the surgeries has been covered by insurance.  No doctor has ever seen the damage he did to my knees.  I still have constant pain.   I have had to go to other countries for some of the procedures.  I lost my business and had to go through bankruptcy, and my daughter and I were evicted from our apartment.

George Commons is a monster, and has all the classic signs of a sociopath.   His wife is the perfect partner for him - she posts fake positive reviews of him all over the internet.   Do not believe anything positive you read about him - it is probably fake.
