Its amazing how one Misinformed person who as far as I know was never diagnosed with TN started this nucca crap Misinforming everyone along the way and making a ton on money talking and selling books about this. All the scumbag nucca chiro's jumped on board preying on us TN victims. How do these people sleep at night? The nucca bullshit usually starts with... pay me for the year. I found this out in White Plains and Manhattan. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Note: James Tomasi was diagnosed in September, 2013 with a TUMOR embedded in his TN nerve sheath and the brain stem. He should have followed the usual protocol, Rhonda Tomasi OWNS Rapid Relief Solutions,  which SELLS Laser and LLLT, UV and LED Light units that assist people who do not get a 100% response from UC chiropractic.
Holy Crap when does it end!

Very disappointed in the treatments as well as the doctors professional and financial ethics. I didn't have any relief with the treatments after 6 mths of going 3 times a week. He is a sales person not a medical professional. He has zero compassion or understanding for people's finances and couldn't care less. The visibility into the treatment success through diagnostics was minimal, not enough to prove it works. I also went through the exact same experience with the random last payment after we had agreed upon a payment plan for the remaining balance. The doctor talks about how is making over a million dollars a year and his country club lifestyle. He lacks a genuine interest or care in the patient, I felt like a number not a person. I would never recommend him.

My comments are about unethical financial behavior of doctor Gertner. Since most patients are desperate to find help..and ready to pay for service and very vulnerable..and this situation used by dr.Gertner...I was given paper to sign-that my credit card will be charged $395.00 for coming month of services and I can stop any time. But when I stopped my visits ( after 3 month and 2 weeks)-my credit card was charged(2 weeks after my last visit)for additional $1,040.00. I called my credit card to dispute this charges...I think that any "doctors" who is doing business this way don't deserve to be called A Doctor-it should be called Dishonest businesman and all his future patients have to know about it. PLEASE DON'T SIGN ANY PAPERS AND NEVER GIVE A "DOCTOR" YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. It's real shame that I have to write this about doctor practice. I don't want anybody to repeat my mistake!
