SMEAR CAMPAIGN AGAINST JUSTICE JOHN LOGAN, RFD Federal Court of Australia – Victim of Authorized Statement owners Janice Duffy and Michael Roberts.

BACKGROUND: Janice Duffy and Michael Roberts are infamous anti-social hackers who defame individuals and businesses for profit. 

JUSTICE JOHN LOGAN, had flaming aspersions Cast Against him, by serial conman and hacker Michael Roberts, after Ripoff Report scrutinized and refused to bow down to Roberts extortion demands. He believed by attacking Justice Logan it would help him in his partners lawsuit.

The Ripoff Report published against Justice Logan was posted Thursday, 24 October 2013 at 9:15:00 PM Brisbane time. Earlier that same day Michael Roberts provided me the copy to post on Justice Logan. I told him to bugger off. He reminded me that I had not been paid for the month, and that he needed these reports filed to try and cause problems for this website due to lawsuits before the Federal Court. I posted the copy as he demanded.

As shady as this sounds, it goes even deeper because Michael and Janice used botnet/DDos attacks against many of their critics to extort by warning businesses that they will be hacked or a smear campaign launched if they do not payup.

My pay check bounced but I moved to the U.K. anyways and plan to expose all the dirty deeds of Michael Roberts, Janice Duffy and their Authorized Statement website. Along with their plans to destroy this very website so they can take over with their own version ala Authorized Statement.

I just e-mailed K back and told them obviously they are attempting to turn this around and make it "about me". I also told them I registered to be an "Expert" and I am now a "Psychic" and all I had to do was fill in some minimal info and was accepted.....we'll see.

I e-mailed Raven Franks requesting a refund. She wrote back with her psycho mumbo jumbo asking me to "stop posting and give up on this revenge", yaddy yada - so I wrote back asking what exactly is the New England Institute of Paranormal Research that lists her as the 1 of the top 10 Psychics and just exactly what issue of Glamour, Total Woman Magazine (not such publication) and Cosmopolitan was she "featured" in....NO REPLY.

Hey- - anything on Molly Shepherd? For the longest time she had this WHOLE big profile about how she worked/works for the "FBI", etc. Now she's all about her BA in Psychology and her work at Carnivals and Midways....we gotta check her out...got anything on her?

- no "new" word from Kasamba other than I REFUSE to give them a thing and that they should pull the volumes of correspondence I e-mailed, mailed and faxed them MONTHS ago....which I have fax confirmations from and U.S. Postal registered mail receipts for.

THEY ARE SOOOOOOOOOOO STUPID. They should just cut us all checks (I'd settle for 1/2) and make us go away!!

See in Australia we don't use the middle initial in day to day life so you must have hacked into my accounts. A writing analysist will be able to attest to the fact that this post was also written by you.

I received and e-mail from "Nathan G" informing my Kasamba account has been blocked (e-mail title) and deactivated (stated in the e-mail). Well, as usual, Kasamba scam tactics are in effect. Not only is my account not "Blocked", it is not "Deactivated". There is NO justification for either, but it also is NOT true. I can log in and contact experts, etc. What I want to know is WHY I am being ignored. I am told there is an "investigation" and my account is "blocked" and "deactivated" - which is INCORRECT. Yet, I get NO response to my request for a refund and have never gotten ANY viable/credible response from Kasamba for well over a year. I reported TRUTHFUL and genuine examples of being scammed by "Experts" and nothing was done and I never even got a satisfactory response.
Good luck Kasamba - the evidence of the entire scamming tactics of this website is in motion.

If you had half a brain you would be dangerous. But you haven't even got half a brain. Did you hack into my accounts because I don't use my middle name. It is not the cutom here to use the middle intial when one write their signature. Hacking is a serious crime as is defamation. It is obvious that you wrote this.

I have had the Australian Psychics Association return my call at work and my boss has picked up my phone as we were talking and my mobile rang.

I started this task for a specific reason and I will finish it and walk away. You wanted me to get your money back and I told you it was NOT about that. I said I would try but that was NOT the purpose of the project.
