Robbery- 2 years suspended sentence with 5 years probation. another robbery- 1 year suspended sentence and 2 years supervised probation, possession of narcotic- 2 child support cases. IRS Lien for 50000, Insurance Company Judgement against him for almost 8000. The police and other authorities are investigating this person now with case numbers including the FDLE. Whats amazing is this person is writing this under the patient named Mark who wrote this report and died over 2 years ago. Obvious screws missing

I am Dr Rubins assistant and witnessed this patient personally threaten this doctor physically because his work wasnt being done fast enough. There is even an affidavit to prove his threats. What this liar doesnt tell you is that the lower left bridge in the photo was his final bridge which he picked up from the office the day Dr Rubin was supposed to complete his case and took it without letting the doctor finish. He also doesnt tell you that he is collecting Medicaid benefits from the State of Florida for complete disability and has his own company where he constructs custom made furniture on Etsy.com. In addition after Dr Rubin wrote off 75% of his bill and zeroed him out he still wanted Dr R to bill insurance for a future procedure so he could profit from the work which is insurance fraud.Dr R researched this liar and found an IRS lien against him as well as insurance judgement. Florida Department of Law Enforcement is now investigating him

This is no doubt written by Rubin. I was a patient for nine months and he went through no less then five assistants. He kept my money and ruined my teeth. I have filed a complaint with the Board of Dentistry and will not stop complaining until this hack's license is revoked. Beware!!!

I worked for Dr Rubin for 5 years and was employed during this treatment. I can only say that in my 5 years working for him the work was done very carefully, precise and with superior quality. As for this patient Dr Rubin prepared the teeth and took an impression. The patient came back a second visit to seat the bridge and NO additional cutting was necessary. No dental lab will make a bridge to be retrofitted at the next visit.As for the pain meds, Dr Rubin NEVER gave more than 28 tablets to anyone and made sure they lasted a week before he would refill them. After 4 weeks if Dr Rubin suspected there might be a medication problem he would prescribe a non-narcotic pain reliever. The patient filed complaints against 3 other dentists with the Dental Board and in fact filed a malpractice suit against the dentist who treated the patient immediately prior to Dr Rubin. That dentist was a Board Certified Crown and Bridge Specialist. Both Delta Dental Insurance and the State Board found that Dr Rubin did NOTHING wrong and no attorney would file a malpractice case against him as a result of those findings. People need to understand that there are 2 sides to every story and it is not fair for people to read only one side without knowing some relevant items from the other side.
