Dr. Manntej Sra SUN Radiology Nonpayment of employees , Internet

I worked for SUN Radiology in 2009. Payment by check was on time for the first time only. Beginning in the second month, I was not given a check on payday. I called their CFO, Alan Rothstein, who reported a "temporary cashflow problem" and I would be paid 5 days late. He promised it wouldn't happen again. This was untrue. Almost every month it required multiple requests to find out how late my check would arrive. During this time other employees left or refused to come to work, until they were paid what they were owed.

After I left SUN Radiology, I did not receive a paycheck for earnings owed to me. I attempted to call Alan Rothstein for an entire month, but he has an anwering service where you can only leave your name. After about a dozen attempts, I received no calls back. I called the owner, Dr. Manntej Sra, and said that I had not been paid for the last 5 weeks I had worked and his CFO would not return my calls. He only said, "we'll fix that and get back to you". After a week and no payment, I called Dr. Sra again several times. He never answered the phone after the first contact.

When I googled Dr. Sra & SUN Radiology, I found a similar complaint at RipoffReport and a court case against Dr. Sra and SUN Radiology, in the Maricopa County Courts (AZ) records for non-payment.

The overall pattern of Dr. Sra and SUN Radiology appears to be dishonesty. Online postings can be found for "immediate" employment at SUN Radiology, likely because people have found out they may be cheated out of their salary.
