If you see this Dr make sure you bring some kind of device to record this Dr acting crazy and inappropriately. He seems to either have a sever mental illness or is on drugs. When I went to see him he was acting irrationally and abusively.
After putting up with his abuse he took my personal medical records and disappeared. I was told that they destroyed them because that's their policy but I could pay to get copies that they made.
I also requested copies of his medical report and found that he has written several lies that are easily proven to be lies. There is something wrong with this Dr. I would NEVER see this nut job again.
