Dentists need to stay clear away from this company.  They will totally blackmail you by falsely defaming your ratings on the internet and to correct this, you have to pay a fee.  I am a dentist in Houston, Texas and I have a very nice dental practice where we strive to provide quality dental care for our patients.  All our patients come from our patient referral as we do not do any marketing.  Back in March, I decided to sign up with Dr.Oogle to see if I can get direct patient referrals since I already had several all 5 star reviews from my patients.  I was paying $49/month and I only signed up for 3 months.  During that time, I did not get any patient referral and decided not to continue their services. 

When my listing expired, I did a search on the internet, my name popped up on Dr.Oogle with only a  2 star rating.  Before that, I had a total of 15 reviews, all with 5 star ratings!!!  I have the emails from them to prove it that I had all 5 stars.  I contacted them many times over and most of the time they ignore me.  There is no possible way to call them.  You can only contact them by email from their site directly.  I finally gave in and decided to pay the $49 to continue to allow the public to see my reviews.  This is when it got really BAD!!!  They decided that now I have to pay $99/month to have my reviews visible and for them to bring my rating to the original 5 stars!!!  This is blackmail and fraud and defamation of my character!!! 

I take pride in my dentistry and the care that we provide, and our patients love me, my office and my team.  There is no way I will pay another dime to this fraudulent company.   What is the purpose of having a website that shows reviews if you can only view them if you pay for them.  This company is a scam and I want to WARN other dentists out there to not even sign up with them.  Once you do, you are committed to use them for life OR they will downgrade you to a 2 star once you cease paying.  I have noticed many other dentist, whom I know are very good, here in Houston that have 2 star ratings because they probably refuse to pay for Dr. Oogle's services.  I cannot believe that this company can operate like this.  DO NOT EVER USE DR.OOGLE'S SERVICES!!!
