This guy has been scamming people in multiple states for years.  Do not loan or invest money with him, he is not a doctorate of math as he claims but has a masters in bullshit.  He claims he owns properties owned by other people, attaches his name to docs to try and scam loans from people.  He ripped off his partners in multiple deals and has tons of judgments for ripping people off and unpaid rent on his apartments and homes that he bounces from and doesn't pay the bills.  He uses Shane Holmes because his real name is Shane Unruh and if you research that name you will run for the hills.  I believe he is mentally sick as he lies so compulsively and does it on a daily basis.  He doesn't own any land in Las Vegas as he claims and borrowed the 100K that was put down on the Klondike Casino which he was never able to close on because he was trying to scam them as well.  DO NOT EVER GIVE HIM MONEY OR ATTEMPT TO GET HIM A LOAN.....HE HAS NO PROBLEM CREATING FALSE DOCUMENTS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!  He was busted out in FL also for scamming people and was shut down out in Las Vegas for unpaid bills and attempted fraud.  Claims he has a gaming license, but doesn't and is always looking for a partner so he can use their name and credit to continue his scams. On top of that the guy doesn't bathe for days, has a huge coke problem and if you've met him you know he doesn't change his clothes very often.
