Dr Stuart Kesler lied to me and told me the additional kidney and urology tests he was going to do were covered by my private insurance plan - I found out later they were not covered and I was stuck with a $ 3,383.00 medical bill! ... When the insurance company confronted Dr. Kesler: he said: I was the liar and I was just trying to get out from paying my medical bills! Keep Away from this unscrupullous quack!!
