Dr. Thomas Balshi Face Procedure that didn't work Delray Beach Florida

First time visting Dr. Balshi, I had the moles removed from my face and was very satisfied. When I went for a follow-up, I was so self-conscious about my skin that I asked him what procedure would help with my wrinkles. He suggested a Laser Resurfacing or I mentioned and he agreed, Silhouette Instalift by a company called Thermi. I couldn't do the Laser due to downtime, because I am a caregiver for my elderly parents. Constantly errands, doctors etc. He suggested Silhouette Instalift would be great and he would charge me $3,000.00. I asked, could you include any fillers or anything in that price. He said, ok, will give you $500 worth of Botox. I said, Ok.

I went home and did my research. He was the best inexpensive one and I felt comfortable with him. He is a nice doctor. 

On August 28th, 2017, I did the procedure. It wasn't that painful, however, they feed threads through your face and on the right side I felt pain. And continuous pain for a few months. That's ok. 

I went back for my Botox in Sept. No results yet. I went back in Sept to do my Botox and I looked like Dr. Spok.The RN did the filler. Had to go back a 2nd time to redo the Botox. Went back for my follow-up two months later and there was no results to my face. He said why are you unhappy. I said, I paid all this money with some pain and I received no results from this product. He looked at my previous picture on his PC and said. True, it didn't do a thing. He said, so what do you want. He said, I can give you a Nova Thread procedure. I said, I just received threads. That isn't going to work. Then he said, I can do Juvaderm but you will have to pay extra. I said, no thank you. I would like a refund back. After thought, he said. Well, I can give you back $1,000.00 (which is like pennies to him) but no more it isn't in my budget.

I went home, thought about it and felt I was ripped off. At least give me an another $1,000.00 and I would be ok with that. I was so down and still am, so decided to contact the manufacturer. I even mentioned to the doctor maybe the product was bad. The manufacturer tried to contact the doctor, but they said he wouldn't return his calls. They wanted to view how he performed the procedure and he is a provider on their website. Now the manufaturer is ignoring me.

I got some paper work from Palm Beach County Consumer Affairs, but they want documents. I have asked Dr. Balshi's office for my receipt and they keep putting me off. So now I have decided to take action. They don't want me in the office. I guess they are afraid I might cause a scene. But I am going to try the route of picketing. I don't have too much time for that but I will try. I can't do it this week, because my Dad is in the hospital in bad condition and my Mom has dementia, so I have alot going on.

Hope you can help me. Tired of getting ripped off all the time and it happens quite off down in Florida.
