"Dr." Tom L. Pooley, River Valley Dental of Mankato , Mr. "Tough Guy," Mankato, Minnesota

I have been going to Dr. Pooley for all of my dental cleanings (and occasional dental work) for several years.  Dr. Pooley and his staff have been professional, polite, and competent at every one of my visits.

I am unclear as to how the original complaint on Ripoff Report could be helpful to consumers, as it doesnt describe any actions by Dr. Pooley or his staff that are unethical or subpar.  It simply defames, without giving other consumers any explanations.  Perhaps it is a personal or family matter, unrelated to his practice, that has led the original complaint on Ripoff Report.

I found Dr. Pooley by googling a dentist close to where I work.  I have had years of cleaning, a few fillings, and a crown.  His office is clean and friendly.  I highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a dentist.
