Dracobuild Systems, Inc Joseph Wardzinski incompetent services, over charged, uncooperative Phoenix, Arizona

Joseph at Dracobuild Systems is very unprofessional, using vulgar language in person, actions, and on computer system.  He refused to give the owner of the business the administration password of their own system in order.  When the password was given, he would immediately turn around and change it to keep everyone locked out.  

He was suppose to be doing routine backups but there is no evidence of such, he refuses to give any of the data from said backups or the logs of the backups.  He would access the computer system at odd hours doing 'updates' every week and then charging the business an enormous rate plus a monthly maintenance fee.  

He used and set up the computer system and email with sub-par software that was unreliable and he refuses to relinquish any control of it.  

Avoid using Dracobuild Systems for any IT/networking needs!
