Drake Business School carol jackson lied, cheated, fraudulantly signed me up under false information newark New Jersey

i went there at the worst time in my life. my son was 1 year old and living in new york with his father. i traveled to new york on fridays saturdays and sundays to be with him. i explained to drake business school that before i sign up i need to know that my time off will not interfere with school. i would have to take friday off. they assured me that the school will work with me with the hours.

i then sign up and first day i find that friday is testing and if im not present then i will lose out on testing and therefore money as long as grades were good. so i went and tried to speak to the head of the school who wasnt present at the time. i went back the next day and spoke to him, he told me that i need to be there on friday because it is essential for testing.

i explained to him how the woman who signed me up told me that i can work it out with the school as far as taking off on friday. he then told me to return the books and he would cancel. the next night i went in and he was not there again and i got rerouted to a woman in the back who told me that i already signed all the paperwork and am responsible for the loan.

i did not even attend two days of school there. they kept an attendence card that each person needed to sign as entering the class. the teacher knew of what was going on also. i waited and called so many different places to try and cancel this loan and have been unsuccessful. noone cares and no one can seem to help me. it is affecting my credit now, which i am trying to build.

i went back to the school about six months ago and found it is closed down as well as the one in elizabeth nj. i was told by numerous loan companys and board of education that there has been alot of issues with this particular school   all i want is this loan canceled, i was signed up under false pretenses.

i was lied to.. please help me. this happened approx. six years ago. i have been trying to resolve this for six years!!!

the area it was in, on my second day when trying to return the books, i got my windshield kicked in while waiting at a light. four young boys gave ne the finger and jumped on my car put a huge dent in it and kicked in my windshield.

i have had nothing but bad luck and issues since i signed up with this school. they are still impacting my life every time i go onto my credit report.  i never went, and i never will pay that back. i feel they owe me money due to all the stress they have put into my life.
