When my order was placed on March 5, 2014, their website said my order was in stock and would ship that day.  After 12 days and no shipping notices I tried to call them and it was impossible to get a live person or leave a message.  

I used their Chat feature and got a person that took forever to get info on my order and timed out their system 3 times because his responses took so long to my questions.  He finally confirmed that my order had not shipped yet (what a surprise), but would on the 19th and I would get it by the 24th.  I asked for a faster ship date and free next-day shipping for my inconvenience.  They promised 2-day shipping that would have arrived yesterday, March 20th.  

Today's the 21st....nothing here.
