I ordered item # 82928 from Dream Products. Custmer # 13402047, Order # 22157810. They were for cardigan slipper socks size large in black.

When they arrived, the left cuff was not sewed to the slipper part. I tried to call numerous times, with no luck, always busy with other caller, then phone went dead. There is no customer service web site to try to explain.

It is not the money part, as all I really want is a pair of cardigan slippers in new, unused condition. They have nice products, but when you cannot get any live communation, makes one not want to order again. So, please, replace the defective ones, and send a postage free label and I will be happy to return the damaged ones.
