What I want to say is quite short. Do not buy anything from this company. My wife ordered a custom made wedding dress and when it arrived it was awful (nothing like the photo displayed on the website), but besides that it was DAMAGED. We sent them photos and they acknowledged that it is damaged and offered us a 20$ refund for a 200+ dress. Really now? They have failed to respect their own contractual conditions displayed on their website. I told them that and still refused to offer a full refund although it was their CARELESSNESS as they specify on their website. We live in the UK and we noticed that the hosted domain for this website is in the US. I hope their website gets shutdown and banned for good. So as a conclusion: don't buy anything from them. They are a bunch of scammers.
