Some time back in the day maybe 2003 or earlier, when I was young I signed up for CheapTrips Travel, which offered me all of these great travel deals with a lifetime membership fora one-time fee.  Years go by and I forget that I ever had this travel club which I never utilized a day of the services that I had paid for. Along the way the name was changed several times and I was told that I had to pay $399 in order to access the website to get my great deals.  Again, young and stupid....I paid and never used the "deals" because like everyone...we are always too busy to take one of these glorious vacations and I always managed to find my dream vacation cheaper elsewhere!!

I've received emails on and off in the past couple of years from Dream Vacation Passport stating that another company has stolen their list of clients and is using a similar name and is requesting money, but do not send money...contact them.

Fast forward to the year of 2017. I received a phone call from a "lawyer" named Kyle Bates from Consumer Advocacy saying that my account was flagged for not being used.  He stated that he was representing thousands of people like myself, in a class action suit against, CheapTrips, DreamVacation Passports, My Travel Passport and was right on key with all of the information (like a true salesman). He stated he represented the travel industry and they were helping people get out of their contracts. He assured me that he would be able to get me out of the "contract" that I was in my Dream Vacation Passport, which would cost me, as an individual hundreds of dollars and countless hours with no guarantee  Mr. Bates, stated that his company would 100% guarantee me that he would be able to get me back my $8000 along with any dollars that was earned by my vacation property being rented, until it was sold or in the next 18 months 100% guarantee.  I just had to pay the $399 fee using the secured PayPal.  I told him that I would think about it.

Well he went ahead and sent me the "contract" and when I did not pay, because I told him I had a family attorney look it over, we opted to just take my loss and never use my DreamvacationPassport. Mr. Bates stated that now I would be getting a letter from the IRS stating that I owe money for property I own, because it is a lifetime property.  Well I have "owned" this property for over 15 years and never received any statements for taxes.  Mr. Bates works for a company called Premier Advertising & Marketing Group, PAMG (877) 570-9220  premieraam.com     mail:customersupport@premieram.org

Two days later HELL began.  I began receiving calls non-stop from various phone numbers, both 1-800 and from various states, but that all revert back to DreamVacationPassport though the caller states she is from the legal department of My Travel Vacation.  The woman states that her name is Suzanne Baxter and that she is from the legal department.  She is not affiliated with the company who attempted to obtain money from me in order to terminate my membership. Hmm, I never had calls from them prior to this pre-termination.  I tried to terminate in the past and kept getting sent to the website that I could not access without paying a fee.  Miss Suzanne Baxter has called me 57 times 6 days and has threated legal action against me, stating that, my case will now be forwarded to creditors for non-payment of fees.  Really?  It’s a lifetime membership, that I haven't paid fees on in years and now suddenly she is going to forward my I formation to creditors.  Bring it on.  I’ve printed out my phone records, I've made copies of her messages she left on my voice mail. I’ve blocked every number she has called from.
