I contracted with DreamCo Design, L.L.C. to build a website for my non-profit foundation, The Foundation for Service and Fairness to All Citizens (FSFAC) on October 10, 2010.I contracted with them based on their advertizing on the internet and after many conversations with their representatives. I began talking with DreamCo Design, L.L.C. in April 2009. I forwarded all of the information that Ed Seggelke and Zack Mc Bride requested to complete the website development, according to my specifications, as well as made the first payment according to the contract on 10/15/2010 of $599.00, using my credit card.I was told and it stated in the contract that I would have input as to the design and structure of the website. I was told verbally as well as in the written contract that the design would be as I requested and that I would be allowed review of the website and input so that the website would be as I required. I was told and it specifies in the contract that I would be allowed to make corrections as needed.Soon after the development started, I was told via email that would have only one opportunity to make any corrections before the website was finished and that any other corrections asked for could result in extra charges. Also, DreamCo Design, L.L.C. began charging my credit card for web hosting before there was a website developed that needed to be hosted.

I attempted to email DreamCo Design concerning corrections and other facts concerning the name of the site and was told that if I emailed again that there may be extra charges above what our contract stated. After trying to contact DreamCo Design, L.L.C. several times about my concerns, I wrote a letter via certified mail, asking them to address my concerns and to send me a written letter via U.S. Mail stating how they proposed to complete the website addressing my concerns. I wrote that letter on 12/12/10 and received the delivery confirmation via Green certified letter card that the letter was signed for and received 12/20/2010. As of 1/17/2011, I have not received a written response to my request. I have already disputed all charges to me and my wife's credit cards. DreamCo Design had charged another hosting charge to my credit card 1/15/2011 that I am also disputing. Attached to this statement are the copies of all pertinent information, including my certified letter dated 12/12/2010.

REBUTTAL OF THE DREAMCO DESIGN LLC REBUTTAL

AUTHOR: Tommie - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 15, 2011

The Owner of DreamCo design says that this case is over. Not by a long shot. There was no working web site provided, no business cards as promsied and we were threatened  that if we made more than one set of changes that we would be charged more money. In fact, DreamCo Design, LLC is responsibile  for a "web-site" alright. If you want to see what they call a website, go to what was to be  the website of my non profit foundation,WWW. FSFAC.ORG and see what DreamCo Design, LLC calls  a website.
Because I stood up for my rights as the customer paying for the site, they attatched a racist and slanderous picture to my domain name. And yes, they knew my ethnicity when they did it. I put charges on my credit card to pay them and  I then disputed the charges as any logical person would have  done after NOT receiving the contracted service. There was nothing "bogus" about my complaint against DreamCO Design, LLC.
They are single handedly responsible for trying to destroy my non prifit by their totally unprofessional behavior.  If you have to get a website beware of DreamCo Design, LLC. They are a nightmare! Contact the BBB, the Attorney General of your state and the State of Illinois.  Beter still don't get them to do your website.

DREAMCO DESIGN, Jason Correia, Zack McBride, Dmitriy Pisarev, West Dundee Illinois Web Design Fraud Company

AUTHOR: entrepreneur in PA - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, February 10, 2011

I too was defrauded by DreamCo Design, Dmitriy Pisarev, Zack McBride and especially Jason Correia- all from West Dundee, Illinois.

Search the RipOffReport.com site for "Dreamco" and have a look at the really long report. Pay special attention to the profoundly immature and evasive responses to my complaint that were submitted by Jay Correia, as well as the grand stack of evidence against them.

These creeps stole more than $8,000 from me and NEVER produced anything even close to a working website, yet tried to charge me for additional services, and they even stole hundreds from my credit card without authorization before it was detected.

Dreamco Design is not a legitimate business. I have talked to countless others, some of whom have made the effort to track me down via the RipOffReport complaint to ask for advice and share their horror stories with me. True, they slap out an occasional website when it is easy enough to copy existing code from other sites online, but if there is the smallest aspect about your design project that cannot be solved by merely copying existing code... you will simply never receive a working website. All you will get is excuses, exaggerations, delays, accusations and a tremendous amount of frustration.

Contact the Attorney General of the State of Illinois, Lisa Madigan and file a contractor fraud report. When enough of you have filed, then these creeps get locked up. (The photo shows Jason Correia inside his so-called "office" at DreamCo Design, which is in a strip mall and smaller than a chinese takeout restaurant.

Bogus Report by FSFAC

AUTHOR: Dreamco design - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 18, 2011

The report posted by FSFAC has been independently reviewed and considered a bogus posting without grounds.

The facts which are present within the evidence are:

- FSFAC purchased a website & hosting

- DD developed the website and provided hosting

- Services were rendered per the signed contract

- Services were rendered within the timeframe allocated

- Constant communication took place between both parties.

FSFAC put in a friendly-fraud submission with MC and was then reported by us to BAD CUSTOMER reports and MC for their submission so that the organization can be filed for recall should matters like this arise. There is a pending investigation.

The website was delivered per the DESIGN specification and written choice made by the customer.

DD offered extended revision opportunity as a measure of good customer service, despite our delivery of our exact delivery of what was purchased and signed off on as the visual choice by the customer.

The website is still available VIA a development link for viewing.

The certified letter VIA mail was replied to immediately with a phone call and an email address asking about the issue. Since then, additional attempts have been made to communicate without any response on the FSFAC side.

(attached find the following evidence)

- fact-based timeline outlining our response and timely delivery

- signed contract by customer

- development link displaying work which matches contract

- email timeline displaying our attempts to get back in touch with customer

Independent agencies are currently reviewing FSFAC for the fraudulent submission attempt. This case is closed.
