Dreamqii Plexidrone Did not deliver $1600 worth of drone and related products ordered in December 2015! Toronto Ontario

Through Indiegogo I became one of the original backers of Plexidrone which promised to be a state of the art drone. I ordered the drone, the controller, the backpack, a Sony Actioncam and extra arms, the total was approx $1600 which I paid in full in December 2015 with a credit card (see below an overview of my orders and amounts paid). Production was about to start early 2016 but was constantly delayed. Even after initial production was supposedly started somewhere mid 2016 there was no delivery even though the website indicated that initial deliveries were made. Over the last year and a half I have constantly reached out to DreamQii and either get a bs message back that they are still working on it or don't get any reply. A couple of months ago their website was down and they couldn't be reached at all. Even my latest email from November 19th, 2017 is unanswered. I don't have any confidence that any of these products wil be delivered and am considering sueing them.
