 I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and comfirmed with them by live chat and email that my order would be here for the wedding on May 1,2011. I even paid for the expedited shipping just to be sure even though they had been given the over 30 days to complete and ship as required.

  They were great about instant responses when I would inquire about the dress. They carefully comfirmed all of my measurements and gave imput about dress style and modifications that I was asking for. They were reassuring as the date was approaching and I was becoming increasingly concerned.

  May 1, 2011 has come and gone. No dress. No response to my final and frustrated email to them. No refund.

TURNS OUT I PURCHASED $200 OF EMBARRASSEMENT,  CLEARLY I WAS SCAMMED.

My friend ordered a bridesmaid dress from this company and she looked gorgeous in the party. And when I decided to purchase one and searched it on Google, it seems to be many complaints about this company.
are there some more successful deals with this company?

I quite understand your feeling. I receiverd my dress yesterday, it was delayed for 5days, at first, Iwas very worried about it, the customer service told me their website was attcaked by hackers, so I waited patiently, now I get my dress, I'm satisfied the quality, besides the price is reasonable.

my dress was ordered on march 22, i should plan well with it before may 1 for my friend's wedding. i feel nervous about online shopping, especially it is an oversea business,  i gave my exact measurement and then i track my dress,  finally one of their customer service told me my dress was shipped out on april 4,

after about 7 days, I received my dress. May be you should keep in touch with them with all methods.
