Call this a lesson learned! But I wont sit and do nothing. BBB will be notified as well as I will file a civil suit against them. They totally ruin peoples special days. We rely on and trust these people with our money and product!

I ordered a Mother of Bride dress for my daughters wedding May 7, 2011. I ordered this on March 6, 2011. I asked them at that time if I would have it in plenty of time. I was promised and told not to worry that I would have it on time. Originally I was quoted I would have it by April 10th, then April 15th, then April 20th then April 30th! 29 days is the most they have stated on thier website.

Each time I contacted them by either email or live chat. They told me to be patient and its almost done. Each time thats ridiculous well the dress was not made yet! How can they guarantee me to have it on time? I live in Canada there is no guarantee as to what could still happen in customs and be held up. I paid an extra 25.00 for fast delivery.

Dress was 180.99, 35.38 shipping which included the extra shipping I paid for a rush. Total: 216.37 I told them I need to cancel this because they are full of false promises and I am not going to my daughters wedding in just anything. Well listen to this:

15% restocking fee........why? For something that hasn't been made yet. Whats to restock?
15% over 24hr cancel time....Why would I have cancelled before 24hr. They dont tell you that your not gonna get your dress on time if even at all by reading everyone elses complaints.
35.38 shipping fees/rush....I lose...why it hasnt been made yet let alone shipped!!

Total refund: 128.94 is what they promised. I revieved 125.74 in total surprisingly gotta say I didnt expect they would even do that. But I dont believe I should have lost 90.63 for thier time is what I was told!

Well I happen to have copies of emails and a few of my chats I had with them. Unfortunately not the 1st couple as I was trusting them at that time. I plan to produce them to a lawyer. Weather I recieve the rest of my money or not. I dont believe what they are doing to people. Some have been less fortunate than I have and Never got a refund or dress. Or a dress they cannot even imagine wearing.

Its the moral of it all. You cannot treat people like this and take advantage of them for your benefit. I personally will never deal with Hong Kong again in my life! They know how to ruin peoples happy upcoming events and they should be held accountable for it. Thankfully I managed to find another dress. Was a 2 hr drive from home but very happy with it. Good Luck to everyone involved. Keep watching for a civil suit that I plan to file.
