I contacted my credit card and they blocked my card. I was sent a new one to use as the charges are being investagated as I write this. I usually check the rip off site to make sure this is the up and up. Unfortunately, I didn't check the site until the charge was on my credit card.
I found an number I called 1-877-414-5117 spoke to a Russell and even though I called back at the end of august they said they have no record. SURPRISE SURPRISE!! The fax number is was given to put in writing was 214-594-2734 which I have been told it is incorrect even though their customer service rep gave it to me to dispute the charges. The correct fax number is 1-866-538-3797 given to me a supervisor MAT. PREVIOUSLY I SPOKE WITH DON ODES which stated they were out of MIAMI FL. The phone system was so bad I had to keep telling them I couldn't hear them over and over again.
I think anyone who has encounter this company should flood their fax machine to show them the public is not goint to stand for being ripped off by this company. They did cancel my membership today but they refuse to refund my money back. If you tell them you cancel before they say we have no records. YEAH RIGHT!!!!!
I hope this information helps someone else from being ripped off by rude and uncaring people. If you come a cross this web site delete as fast as you can and never look back.
