Driver solutions Scam that sues Indianapolis, Indiana

Driver solution is a huge scam.. They do not hold there promises to you. They make more money sueing you in a couple of years. There is a 18%intrest so they take there 3,995 and it becomes 11,000.78 ..Here is some advise i could not find but recieved it from a attorney. If you do not live in Indiana do go to court they know all the rules and it has to be in there court.. They refused my offer of 150.00 a month so screw them. I did not show up to court they won.. Now they sent me a order to appear in court in Indiana i am also did not go to that..

Worst case i get a bench warrart in Indiana it can only affect me if i go there which i will not. Even if i am pulled over in my state it will not show up because its a civil matter not criminal. They can freeze your bank accounts so put them in someone else's name. They can try and garnish your wages through work this does not affect me because i am self employed go luck getting me to garnish my own wages. But if your not self employed ask your job for a paper check and they can not deny it to you, then cash it at a grocery store or where ever..

Or you can go to court and say you don't have a checking account or car or job thousands of these cases happen ever day and they never collect the money..yes you have to lie but look what driver solutions have done to you lie.... Don't let these letters from them scare you if you live in another state they can do much except ruin your credit but more likely your credit is like mine BAD so let them..

After seven years the judgement is mute unless they refile but then they have to go through the process all over again and if you haven't paided them anything in seven years its a loss for them to try and go through it again.. Don't let driver solutions get a dime from you.. The bench warrart can't do anything to do you if you never go to indiana which has NOTHING to offer anyways so its not a big loss.. Show driver solution where they can stick it.. HELP THEM GO OUT OF BUSN..Hope this help anyone else that has been sucked into driver solutions and there scam..
