I will start this off by saying that I am not an expert about cars and the length of time it takes to fix and repair something but I will end this statement saying my father didn't raise a dumb girl who is now a lady.

I bought the oil change package for $99 back in 2011 in October I think. Now on that particular day there were a few cars in waiting and it took them about 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my car serviced for an oil change.  I went back in December and waited almost 3 hours before my car was out. Now in my entire driving lifetime which is short and all the times that I've handled servicing my car on my own without the help of a male. I have NEVER NEVER waited longer than one hour for just an oil change.

On Friday March 30th,2012 I had an appointment for 3pm to get an oil change. I walked in told them my name, told them my appointment time they checked, I asked how long it would take to get my car serviced the man said 1 hour. I made sure he meant 1 total hour for the entire service not just to get into the garage. He assured me no longer than an hour. My car sat there for and hour and 5 minutes where I parked upon arrival untouched.

Mind you I made an appointment on Tuesday March 27th for the 30th at 3pm. Upon sitting in the waiting area I saw a person come through the door hand over their keys and the truck was immediately moved to the garage.At 4:05pm I got up asked for my keys, told them that I had made an appointment and wasn't dealing with the crap. I missed work because they have horrible customer service and then thought I was going to allow them to drive my car to my job when they were finished...NO!

Today when I go back for my complimentary servicing if this crap happens again corporate and every owner boss and higher authority will be hearing from me until I get my refund back.PERIOD. I advise that if anyone does use this company that you have all day to get an oil change and that you are prepared to be skipped over even with an appointment. Waste of time and waste of money.
