DRIVETIME - UGLY DUCKLING UGLY DUCKLING PUT ME IN A CAR THAT BLEW UP, DRIVE TIME GAVE ME SOLD ME A CAR AND I ALMOST FINSHED PAYING IT TRADED IN NOW HAVE A VERY HIGH APR VAN NUYS California

Back in 2002 I went to ugly duckling and the salesperson showed me the kind of car i could get with my credit it was a skylark there was 3 of the same vehicles on the lot/ they looked the same all were skylark but the salesperson said that this was the only one i can have, i it over and over why? he said it was on a sale price, I still ? it these 3 cars are the same. why cant i have that one. so myself and my husband thought about it and i said i like the rims on the other one, he said we can change the rims, but insisted that i take that one skylark. so i did, did not get my rims and 2weeks later the car blew up on the freeway. i told ugly duckling that they need to fix it and they pick it up. have trouble for about a week with them they stated i had to pay 1500.00 dollars for the car to be fixed i told them i would not pay anything it was there problem. i borrowed my father van for awhile didnt hear anything back from them. i got another car from drew motors. ugly duckling/drive time states i owe the like $7900 to them???? In 2004 i bought another car from drivetime they metioned that i owed them for the uglyduckling car and i told them that i put that in my bankruptcy that i filed in 2004, so they said that they would still help me with another car it was a ford focas and everything was great i felt the payment were easonable the car was fine and in august drivetime told me that i could trade it in for another car. so i go overthere and get a 2001 dodge durago which is very good but they put a high apr% on me and i dont understand why if i was such a good customer with the ford focas i dont believe i was ever late and now i pay 200.45 every two weeks sometimes its hard and they dont want to work with me. i confussed about this company they are ripoffs. there out there just for your money not for help anyone just themselfs.
