DRSM AKA Consumer Financial Educators ripoff overpromised underdelivered ripoff! Eugene Oregon

We purchased credit card relief services from DRSM (affiliated with Debt Relief Services aka DRS,Consumer Financial Educators) in September of 2004 for $2995. They advertise that their services will relieve the debt and repair your credit and they advertise a money back guarantee.

We have done everything that they have instructed us to do including arbitration at a cost of $150 per account (times 3 accounts), arbitration confirmation with a an arbitrator called Blue Ridge Arbitration, plus $350 for summons support services that we did not receive.

We have continually called and emailed DRSM and DRS to voice our concerns and objections regarding the arbitration and the (non) results we have received. Maggie Hill and Jeff Jenks gave little to no response, as a matter of fact they said that it was not their problem and for me to back off.

We feel that DRSM's presentation of the services were exaggerated and over-promised and as a result we are in the same situation as before only we are out approximately $6,000 that we could have used to negotiate the debt.
