Dear Northern Nevada Medical Group, 

When are you going to listen to people's complains about Dr. Usha Nuthi? How many complains do you need to be able to do something about this?  Nevada Medical Board, when are you going to do your job and hold these people accoutable?

Dr. Usha Nuthi is extreemly unprofessional, if you don't believe me look her up on Google, real people's reviews who had a horrible experience with her. I did not want to go this route but I had to, I had to voice my concerns to NNMG to do something about this.

I was a new patient there last week and saw dr nuthi. U have gone to the ER several times for the same issue and finally decided it was time to see a neurologist and so ER recommend u see dr nuthi cause they are connect with her. I have never in my life ever been treated in such a disgusting manner by someone until I saw dr nuthi.

She walked in looking very exhausted almost like she just woke up after waiting almost 40minutes to an hour long to see her. She asked me for my medical history so I began to explain and she never once looked at me just kept looking and picking at her nails then proceeded to cut me off and said "that's not the question I asked you!"

I started to retract and started to answer her question again and again she said, "that's not what I asked you!" Never once looking at me. Then I began to talk again feeling beyond stupid and embarrassed at this point and b4 I knew it she cuts me off and said, I'm a neurologist and this is what I do and started to diagnose me without ever letting me ever finishing a single word. So I got so dam frustrated I turned looked at her and said," you are so rude!"

She was apparently shocked cause she walked out of the room and never came back into the room and b4 I knew it mel her MA came in and handed me my check out slip saying nuthi will not be coming back in to see me. I explained everything to mel trying my very best not cry because I have never been treated in such an ugly manner, to feel as if she was better, more educated, and because she is a neurologist I'm less if a person.

Mel was so kind to us and made us laugh b4 leaving after telling what transpired in that room which made the situation a bit better and the girl who checked us out was also very polite said she'd have the manager call me. PLEASE AVOID THIS HORRID DOCTOR!!!! NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THEIR LESS OR BE DEGRADED BC OF STATUS OR MADE TO FEEL LIKE YOUR HEALTH DOES NOT MATTER! The kindness of the office staff cannot make up for this horrible experience and I will not ever go back there I can only imagine the way she treats her MA if this is her manner toward paying patients

here's one more experience I found, 

Dr. Nuthi, Never looked at me at all during the appointment. She only looked at my husband when it was my foot that was injured, not once learning about me.
• Very Pragmatic, Uncaring, Unprofessional.
• Dr. Looked like she was drugged, I questioned her ability to even perform basic tasks with her eyes half closed.
• I told the Front desk staff that I wanted the MRI in Carson City, NV as Sparks was too far for me to go. I received one call over 3 weeks ago, trying to book me in Sparks, I said it was too far, she then said she would book me in Carson City, well, no one has called me in 3 weeks or either has a physical therapist that they said would.
• We could tell that the staff is lost and unorganized as Dr. is very unprofessional.
• By the time a patient gets to your office, they have endured many many months of pain and agony and in need of a CARING Neurologist. I am now left on my own, with foot drop after many months of illness.
• I have never, ever in my life ever experienced a Dr. and Office like this. I am now at a huge loss as to where to go and turn to for my foot and back. I walked out of my appointment that day after waiting months to get it, crying my eyes out in the elevator and all the way home as to how I was treated.
I am scarred in the way I was treated by a Doctor!
