*Consumer Comment: Eric Gruber & Kristina Jaramillo Are Crooks!

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Kristina Jaramillo and Eric Gruber hold themselves out as a LinkedIn Expert and a Marketing Specialist.   On Kristna's website is the statement "The New York Times Calls Kristina Jaramillo a Social Media Expert."  These two combined forces to create Gruber-Jaramillo Marketing Inc. and constantly issue emails about marketing and social media products they are selling.

We purchased the LinkedIn templates online for $94.  $94 was charged ot our account on 3/5/13 then $198 on April 1st and another $198 on April 22nd.  Gruber-Jaramillo Marketing was notified by email and Eric Gruber sent a return email saying, "Thank you for bringing this to my attention.  Just credited the 198 charges."

To date, no credits have been made back to our account.  We have sent numerous follow up emails, left messages on all their business and personal phones we could identify, filed a complaint with their area Better Business Bureau and now are filing fraud charges through our bank.

Communication on Social Media Channels is on the horizon.  Since they hold themselves out as "Social Media Experts", seeing their personal and company names in a less than positive way on the conversation highway may get their attention.

Eric Gruber & Kristina Jaramillo Are Crooks!

These crooks did the exact same thing to me! Gruber double billed me for $395 back in February 2013. I caught him immediately and demanded a refund and, just like above, he admitted he had done it and promised to refund. To date, he never has. Engaging lawyers to shut them down.

Do not do business with either one of these scammers!!

FYI -- he emailed me this week after I contacted him via LinkedIn telling him I noticed he had run himslef out of business. He snarked smugly that they "are not out of business." He admitted that he was "rebranding several of their sites - and buisness is good! Sorry yo disappoint you."

So everyone watch out for them to come up under different company names to try to fleece more people.

Jaramillio has altered her name in LinkedIn to Kris to try to trick people. My guess is there are dozens of other victims out there. Don't let them continue to do buisness!
