I ordered Dual Action Cleanse one time. Cancelled it immediately. Told them on my first order not to auto ship. I called them to ask questions.
Every questions I asked was answered with a positive answer. "YES."
My questions was geared to safety, cost, ingredients, and if I ordered it and it did not work as they claimed would be made back to my charge card. Yes, 7 to 10 days. DON'T BELIEVE THEM! They keep your money as long as possible. This is called kieting charge card charges. (much like writing a check and floating it between deposits, it's done all the time.) They float and run their business on thousands of people who have ordered Dual Action, and take months to refund. they are simply keeping a FAT bank account. Much like Enron.
Upon trying Dual Action cleanse, it did NOT work. I sent it back with a note. I clearly asked for a refund. NEVER GOT A REFUND. Instead Dual Action Cleanse continue to send me product and charge me $59.00 each order. I called them, no help.

I called my bank card, file a compliant. I did. I fought Dual Action for months for a refund. I finally got a refund. Do we really know how much energy and time it takes to call, e-mail these scammers? Believe me if I could charge the time I spent on this one I would have made a good payday.

Please don't order Dual Action Cleanse as they have a auto ship policy and they don't care if your TELLTHEM DON'T SHIP ME AUTO PRODUCTS UNTIL I AUTHORIZE YOU TO DO SO. THEY SIMPLY IGNORE YOU. Then you spend months if not years trying to get it off your account. It is not worth the time or efforts lost in your life to deal with a company on the internet who are scammers and the banks simple (in the end) credit your account, and unless it is a major charge, they simply write it off and the company gets away with the money. Please don't support this kind of company.

Other web sites also like compliantboard.com is another good source to report these scammers, or scabs if your will.

Soon I will have a do not use list web site. I will post and allow the community to post companies they suggest you NOT DO BUSINESS WITH. We as consumers need to take charge and get communication out to the public.

I will continue to post here if other scammers come to light that I have used.

DON'T USE DUAAL ACTION CLEANSE. Also send these posting on to family and friends so they can be aware of the companies ripping off the consumers.
