Dual Starr is a total pyramid sheme. They cover it pretty well intially, especially since the current job market is making people desperate and blind. In the first interview they don't really ask you normal interview questions they just tell you about the company, really try to sell you on it. I left very confused about what I was applying for.

So the "admin" calls and emails me that night. They want a second interview and since I'm still confused I agree. whats an hour, right? i need a job. well I show up and they tell me I will be going into the field with a "training manager" and lucky me I have my own car so I will be done at 12:30 (another girl was staying all day with no pay because she didnt drive). Didnt expect to spend half my day here but still I was curious, took the whole day off anyway. We head to a gas station, thats right a gas station, in freaking la puenta. If I didnt like to leave things unfinished I would have left then.

so this "training manager" just says observe me, then we'll go over everything at lunch. she does her pitch and things start to make more sense. so it isnt until she goes over the "company" that i truly realize that its a pryamid scheme. I thought i was smarter.

you start as a distributer trying to sell car cleaner at gas stations in which you make 30% commission and that is all you make. there is no base pay. after 2-6 weeks depending on your conman skills you move up to training manager, where you still sell car cleaner at gas stations but now you are responsible for interveiwing and recommendation for new hire, aka the kids you will try to make money off of because you get a percentage of their sales. she actually drew a pryamid for me of how the company runs. its also like a 12 hour day because you go into the "office" for training in the morning until 10, then you go out to the "field" till 6, then you have to go back to anaheim and turn in the left over product and money before you can go home.

the training manager i saw was 21, her asstitant manager was 19. its a bunch of kids who were suckered. the only one making any real money is the guy at the top, and its because he has kids selling crap to people at gas stations. its a huge waste of any intelligent persons time!

Hopes this helps someone else avoid wasting half a day at a gas station.
