dues pc / newegg.com Newegg let this seller advertise a laptop as 6th CPU when the 6th gen product family was released. This means that if you search for a 6th gen device it shows up. This wouldn't be a problem if the same seller didn't have 430+ laptops advertised based on the product release generation. I returned my laptop unopened and was charged a 250+ restock fee. I have to think this was the intention of misleading the public. When I asked Newegg to refund the restocking fee they denied it. So to me that says they support this type of activity. So I closed my account and I wanted to make sure others were aware. I had been a newegg customer since 2004 but I guess its time to move on to B&H or even Amazon where they care about their customers more. city of industry CA
