DuroPower bought a new generator that will not run Covina California

In April of this year I bought a DuroPower Digital Inverter Generator. I bought it over the phone for 1399.00 when I recived the Gnerator I left it in the crate that it came in untill the first of June. That is when I unpacked it put oil and gas in it to get ready for a family reunion. I took it to the reunion But it would not run long enough to run my 5th wheel. and we could not keep oil in it as fast as we put oil in it ran out. so i had to borrow a generator from my soninlaw.

When we got home we called DuroPower,and we called and called it took forever to get a hold of anyone.We finaly got a hold of a lady named Brenda Cole. She said there was no place to work on it in Arizona. But we could ship it back to them.But they would not pay for the shipping. We priced what it would cost to ship it back, boxed it up and every thing. But we found out that it cost 460.00 dollars to ship it back to them.

So we found a place here in Safford that would work on it . Now the man that is woring on it has it apart and found one broken wire and two wires that are unpluged but he can't find where they go he needs a detailed blueprint on the wiring. He has called Brenda Cole and so have I to get them to send us a blueprint of the electeral system but she won't even return our calls.

So if he can get it running then he will look for the oil leak.Don't buy a duroPower they will not service what they they sell!!!!!!!!
