DvdAvenue.tv Dvddonkey.com took my money, then asked for a refund, then they said my dvds would be coming to mail them back after a partial refund and in the package i recieved not DVDS but travel canada brochures.lol Miami Florida

been in contact since dec.4 2007 ordered dvds. told me in a e-mail they would be arriving 12-14 business days.never arrived made numerous numerous calls.nobody answers you are on a waiting list.go to live chat get the same story no answer custom delay.you will receive your package in a week. wek goes by, nobody answer the phone.live chat same story sorry for the incovience give us 2-3 days and wait for an e-mail. 2-3 days no e-mail back to live chat same story not 1 solid answer. have been doing this since 18dec, finally today 1/14/08 a package arrives from canada full of canadian travel brochures, mind you no DVDs.back to the phones no naswer ,live chat same story got to check into it with shipping as to why i received brochures and not DVDs, give us 2-3 days oh my gosh how in the world can this keep going on,they say the business is in Florida, but the items are shipped from winnipeg, manitoba. so good luck to all whom have dealt with or dealing with this company.you will receive no products. or answers
