Dvddonkey Internet fraud Appears To Be Canada Internet

DO NOT trust this company. They are a complete fraud and give the appearance of being legitimate and trustworthy. We received one set out of two orders and they are pirated videos. In fact, they were taped off the tv because they say tv14 in the corner as well as TNT and advertise the 2004 NBA playoffs all throughout.
They charged us $60 for shipping and only shipped one order to us, when we clearly bought 2 separate series. And, on the customs form, they listed the one series to be worth $20 Canadian when we paid $120 US for that series and they clearly state on their website that they fully insure the item for the full sales amount. B.S.! I have filed a complaint with my credit card company since I don't expect them to refund any money because you cannot contact these people. They don't respond to emails and they never pick up the phone no matter what time of day.
BIG SCAM!!!
